Breaking Barriers of WNY is recruiting on behalf of a growing client seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing within a professional sales environment.

This is more than a traditional sales role — you’ll work closely with clients to provide insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs while building long-term relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (if not already licensed)
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
