Job Title: Solar Project Manager 
Location: Western New York
Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 (Salary)

Breaking Barriers of WNY, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale solar energy projects from development through completion. Our client is a full-service provider of commercial and industrial solar energy systems, offering you the chance to make a direct impact in the renewable energy space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of large-scale solar projects, from planning to closeout.

• Oversee subcontractors, procurement, scheduling, and project budgets.

• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

• Provide leadership and accountability across development and construction phases.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of project management experience; solar construction background strongly preferred.

• Candidates with general construction project management experience and interest in solar are also encouraged to apply.

• Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor management.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
