Job Summary:
The Project Administrator will support project managers and site superintendents by overseeing project schedules, managing expenses, and tracking costs to ensure successful project execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and site superintendents in project coordination and execution
  • Maintain project schedules, track timelines, and adjust tasks as needed
  • Oversee project accounting, monitor costs, and ensure budget compliance
  • Manage and document expenses associated with each project
  • Provide essential support and maintain open communication across all project stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-10 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the construction industry
  • Skills: Strong computer literacy and familiarity with project management software
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate team coordination
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for this position
