Job Title: Construction Inspector
Location: Buffalo, NY (Buffalo Bills Stadium Project)
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000/year
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity:
Breaking Barriers of WNY is proud to partner with a leading construction firm working on the Buffalo Bills stadium project to recruit a qualified and experienced Construction Inspector. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact commercial construction project in Western New York.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management or administrative roles within the construction industry and must bring a solid understanding of commercial construction practices. This role involves regular site inspections, project coordination, and ensuring compliance with all standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with plans, codes, and quality standards
• Track construction progress and maintain accurate reports and documentation
• Support the project management team with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Identify and help resolve issues impacting safety, quality, or timelines
• Ensure proper documentation of daily activities, reports, and correspondence

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in a construction-related role (Project Manager, Coordinator, or Administrator preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and terminology
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with construction management software is a plus
