Commercial Construction Estimator / Project Manager / Site Superintendent

Breaking Barriers of WNY is currently seeking experienced Commercial Construction Professionals on behalf of one of our valued clients for multiple opportunities across Buffalo, Rochester, and Niagara Falls, NY.

We are looking for talented individuals with experience in commercial construction estimating, project management, or site supervision who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects and growing their careers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Preparing estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• Coordinating subcontractors, project schedules, and timelines
• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and project execution
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintaining communication with project stakeholders, vendors, and clients
• Solving jobsite challenges while keeping projects on time and within budget

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction experience required
• Experience in estimating, project management, or superintendent roles preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and safety standards

Compensation & Benefits
