Job Description:
Breaking Barriers of WNY is seeking two experienced HVAC Managers on behalf of one of our valued clients. The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience managing 2-3 crews of installers and technicians and a strong background in leading HVAC teams to deliver top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage multiple crews of HVAC installers and technicians to ensure efficient and timely project completion.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor performance metrics, address issues, and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, equipment, and inventory for assigned projects.
  • Handle client communications and resolve any project-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing HVAC crews, including installers and technicians.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management and scheduling tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
