We are seeking a motivated Admin and Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both administrative and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of finance and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Support the team in organizing meetings and managing calendars.
  • Maintain and update company records and documents.
  • Finance Support:
  • Assist in processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Help prepare financial reports and documents.
  • Conduct data analysis and create financial spreadsheets using MS Excel.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
  • Support the finance team in various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior internship or work experience in finance or administration is a plus but not required.
